Shipping Policy for Sirena Aquatics

Introduction

Sirena Aquatics is dedicated to providing timely and efficient shipping of our aquarium supplies and services to our customers. Below are our shipping terms and conditions:

Local Pickup

  • Choose Local Pickup if you would like to place your order online and pick up at the store.
  • You can also choose Local Pickup if you are booking your own Lalamove or Grab Express rider to pickup your order at the store.
  • Additional Local Pickup instructions will be emailed to you once you complete checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates and shipping rates may vary based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination.

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipment to Addresses Within the Philippines

  • Sirena Aquatics ships to addresses within the Philippines. Shipping times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery address.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • In case of any products damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered with a photo and/or video of the damages. We will try to help our customers and work with our carriers.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and contact us at sales@sirenaaquatics.ph.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Sirena Aquatics only ships within the Philippines. International shipping options are not available at this time.
