Return and Refund Policy for Sirena Aquatics

Thank you for shopping at Sirena Aquatics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. Please review our policy below.

Returns

• Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns. This will be deducted from your refund.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
• Exclusions: Live items such as aquatic plants and Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved:

• Refund Process: We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
• Deductions: The refund amount will be the total amount you paid minus the 15% restocking fee and any return shipping costs you incurred.

Exchanges

• Defective or Damaged Goods: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. We will just require photos or videos of the damage or defect.
• Exchange Process: For exchanges due to reasons other than defects or damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the 15% restocking fee will apply.
